ROLES OF TRAINING AND PLACEMENT COMMITTEE<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

The Training and Placement Cell of our\ninstitute plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the students and\npotential employers. Their primary responsibility is to facilitate the\nsuccessful placement of graduate students by coordinating various activities\nand providing necessary support.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

1.\nIndustry Interaction:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

Establish and maintain relationships with\npharmaceutical companies, hospitals, research institutions, and other relevant\norganizations to facilitate collaborations and placement opportunities for\nstudents.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

2.\nPlacement Preparation:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

Conduct training sessions and workshops to\nenhance students’ skills in areas such as resume writing, interview techniques,\ncommunication skills, and overall personality development.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

3.\nInternship Opportunities:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

Facilitate and coordinate internships for\nPharmacy students in reputed pharmaceutical companies, research institutions,\nhospitals, and other relevant organizations to provide practical exposure and\nindustry experience.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

4.\nCareer Guidance:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

Provide individual career counseling and\nguidance to students, helping them explore various career paths within the\npharmaceutical industry and make informed decisions about their career choices.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

5.\nAlumni Network:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

Establish and maintain an alumni network to\nleverage their expertise and industry connections for the benefit of current\nstudents. Alumni can be invited as guest speakers, mentors, or industry\ncontacts.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

6.\nIndustry Collaborations:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies and\nresearch institutions for research projects, industrial training programs, and\nother industry-academia initiatives, fostering a strong bond between the\ncollege and the industry.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

7.\nPlacement Records and Reports:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

Maintain records of placement statistics,\nincluding the number of students placed, salary packages offered, and\ncompany-wise placement data. Generate reports for internal analysis and to\nshowcase the college’s placement track record to potential recruiters.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

8.\nContinuous Improvement:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n
